Connect with President Daniel W. 牵引 and hear the latest updates on the strategic 计划ning 过程 and an overview of progress made to date. All students, faculty and staff are encouraged to attend. Each August session will include the same updates and information, and light refreshments will be served.  Town 大厅 are intended to be in-person gatherings. To help steer the strategic 计划ning 过程 and ensure that we incorporate perspectives from all campus stakeholders, a 核心策略团队 has been assembled to convene on 定期. Dr. 艾米丽·隆德博士. 凯文·奈特博士. 约翰T. Harvey, Dean Amy Hardison Tully and Deputy Athletic Director Ryan Peck have been appointed as Co-Chairs, and Dr. Susan Weeks is our 核心策略团队 Project Manager.
 
The team will work closely with members of the President's Cabinet and an advisory council of student, faculty, staff and alumni governance leaders, and has already begun to reach out to faculty, students, staff, alumni, employers, Trustees and the broader Fort Worth community to engage in workshops and listening sessions around four strategic pillars:
