Connect with President Daniel W. 牵引 and hear the latest updates on the strategic 计划ning 过程 and an overview of progress made to date. All students, faculty and staff are encouraged to attend. Each August session will include the same updates and information, and light refreshments will be served.  Town 大厅 are intended to be in-person gatherings. Questions will be grouped into themes, and as many as possible will be addressed.

In addition to the engagement opportunities for students, faculty and staff, campus leadership will continue to engage with stakeholder groups throughout the 计划ning 过程. These groups include but are not limited to:

To help steer the strategic 计划ning 过程 and ensure that we incorporate perspectives from all campus stakeholders, a 核心策略团队 has been assembled to convene on 定期. Dr. 艾米丽·隆德博士. 凯文·奈特博士. 约翰T. Harvey, Dean Amy Hardison Tully and Deputy Athletic Director Ryan Peck have been appointed as Co-Chairs, and Dr. Susan Weeks is our 核心策略团队 Project Manager.
 
The team will work closely with members of the President's Cabinet and an advisory council of student, faculty, staff and alumni governance leaders, and has already begun to reach out to faculty, students, staff, alumni, employers, Trustees and the broader Fort Worth community to engage in workshops and listening sessions around four strategic pillars:

  1. Growth and Student Experience
  2. Research, Scholarship and Creative Activities
  3. bc体育
  4. Community Engagement

2024 Anticipated Timeline

春天 – Feedback-gathering phase with survey, town halls, listening sessions and round tables with TCU community and broader community stakeholders.
夏天 –Continue to seek feedback and community ideas. Late summer: Set goals and define initiatives based on feedback.
秋天 – Develop collaborative 计划s under each initiative. Goal: Draft 计划 is presented at the November 2024 校董会 秋天 Retreat.
